Customer onboarding

    Set up your account

We use this to create your customer record in our accounting system (Xero), so invoices, statements and payments reach the right people first time. It takes about 4 minutes.

    1

    Contact details

The legal identity we'll invoice. This appears on every invoice and statement we send you.

Your registered business name (or your full name if you're a sole trader). This is the name that appears on your invoices.

If we've given you a customer or account reference already, add it here so we can match you to your existing record. Leave blank if you're new — we'll create one for you.

    2

    Primary person

Your main billing contact — the person who receives invoices, statements and payment reminders by default.

Invoices and statements will be emailed here, so use an inbox that's checked regularly — a shared address like accounts@ works well.

    3

    Additional people optional

Anyone else who should be copied on billing emails — a finance manager, bookkeeper or accountant. Add up to three; tick the box if they should receive invoices too.

    + Add a second person

Include this person in emails sent to the contact

Ticked: they're CC'd on invoices, statements and reminders. Unticked: we keep their details on file but don't email them.

    + Add a third person

Include this person in emails sent to the contact

Ticked: they're CC'd on invoices, statements and reminders.

    + Add a fourth person

Include this person in emails sent to the contact

Ticked: they're CC'd on invoices, statements and reminders.

    4

    Business information

How we reach you and verify who you are.

Best number for billing queries. Include the country code if you're outside the UK, e.g. +1 758.

Helps us verify your business and keep your record complete.

Your Companies House number (8 characters, e.g. 12345678 or SC123456). Sole traders can leave this blank.

    5

    Addresses

Your billing address appears on invoices; the delivery address is where goods or correspondence are sent.

The address printed on your invoices — usually your registered or trading address.

Delivery address is the same as billing

Only needed if it's different from your billing address.

    6

    Financial details

Used to match your payments to your account and set up your billing correctly. These details are transmitted securely and only used for invoicing and reconciliation.

The name exactly as it appears on your bank account — this must match your bank's records so payments reconcile correctly.

    6 digits, e.g. 20-00-00.

    8 digits, UK accounts.

The reference you'll use when paying us (or that you'd like us to quote when paying you). Helps both sides match payments instantly.

Your VAT registration number, e.g. GB123456789. Leave blank if you're not VAT-registered — this determines how tax is shown on your invoices.

The currency your invoices will be issued in.

🔒 Your details are sent over an encrypted connection and used only for account setup and invoicing.

    You're all set

Thanks — we've received your details and we'll set up your customer account. You'll get a confirmation from our accounts team shortly.
