Reckiapp
ABOUT RECKIAPP

We build the apps agencies kept asking us for.

Reckiapp is a UK software company building Salesforce-native products for recruitment and workforce management. Every product started inside a real agency's org, solving a real problem, before we turned it into something every agency can use.

01
Client delivery
Solving hard scheduling, compliance and CV problems for live agencies.
02
Spotting patterns
The same problems kept appearing across different agencies.
03
Productising
Hardened, configurable apps with admin screens and tests.
04
The suite
Eleven apps across the Bullhorn platforms and core Salesforce.

What we believe

Native beats bolted-on
Your data, security and reporting stay in Salesforce. No sync jobs, no second login.
Evidence over promises
Requirements traced, tested and signed off before anything reaches production.
Recruiters first
Fewer clicks for the person on the desk matters more than another feature.
Long partnerships
We grow with our clients - most of our products exist because they asked.
Careers

Salesforce developers and consultants who care about craft. 0 roles open today - but we are always happy to hear from great Salesforce people.
