We review your org in discovery. FormBuilder is configured through admin settings, so it adapts to your fields and processes rather than the other way round.

What support do we get?

A UK-based team who built the product. Support hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, at support@reckiapp.com. Enterprise plans include a named success manager and SLA.

One flat monthly fee - no per-user charges. £700 a month for up to 25 users, £1,400 for up to 60, and unlimited users from £2,400 (annual billing). Bundles save up to 30%.
