What Novara does for your desk

End-date window
Chips for 14, 30 and 60 days filter the list of finishing contractors.
Live counters
Contractors finishing in the window, those with at least one 80%+ match, submissions sent from Novara, and contractors kept billing (redeployed or extended).
Ending assignments table
Shows each contractor's name, role, client, days left, match count and status: At risk, Submitting, Extended or Redeployed.
Match panel
For the selected contractor it shows their skills, current rate and matched open jobs.
Shortlist and submit
Add a contractor to a job shortlist, or submit them to the client.
Extend assignment
Sends an extension request to the current client and marks the contractor as Extended.
