What Charta does for your desk

Counters
Agreements in force, agreements expiring within 60 days or already expired, placements off terms, and the fee or margin at risk.
Agreements list
Each client's agreement type (standard terms, preferred supplier list or master services agreement), expiry date and status: in force, expiring or expired.
Agreement detail
Editable permanent fee %, payment terms and minimum fee, validated on save.
Agreement actions
Upload a signed copy (stored in Vault), send a renewal pack for e-signature, mark renewed for 12 months, or save terms.
New agreement
Client, type and fee %, with a default rebate scale.
Rate cards
For each client, roles with a pay range and charge rate.
