Kindra cuts early drop-outs by checking in with every new starter and their hiring manager at day 1, week 1 and month 1. Each check-in is scored out of 5, and low scores are flagged so the consultant can act before the placement fails and a rebate is owed.

What Kindra does for your desk

Two audiences
Switch between New starters and Hiring managers.
Risk filter
All, At risk (high or watch) and Healthy.
Counters
Check-ins due today, average latest score, high drop-out risk count and the number flagged to consultants.
Starters table
Shows start date, latest score as five coloured dots, next check-in and risk pill: High risk, Watch, Healthy or No data yet.
Risk scoring
A latest score of 2 or less is High risk, 3 is Watch, and 4 or 5 is Healthy.
Check-in timeline
For the selected person, each stage shows its score and the person's own comment, or its due or scheduled date.
