What Referra does for your desk

Counters
Referrals received, referrals in process, referrals placed or won, and rewards paid.
Referral pipeline
Each referral shows who was referred, by whom (candidate, contractor, employee or client), the role or opportunity, and a five-step progress bar.
Stage filter
All, received, contacted, interviewing, placed or won, and not suitable.
Move a referral on
Advances it one stage and updates the referrer.
Add referral
Name, email, referrer, type (permanent, contractor or new client) and role, validated.
Rewards
Each reward's status is qualifying, due or paid.
