What Tandem does for your desk

Period
Switch between the current month and the last 90 days.
Counters
Fees placed, commission payable, number of placements and how many were shared between consultants.
League table
Ranks consultants by fees credited after splits, with a bar for each, their commission rate and commission due.
Placements list
Shows each fee with candidate, role, client, month and the current split.
Split editor
Raise or lower each consultant's share in 5% steps, add or remove consultants, or "Split evenly".
100% rule
The running total turns red and "Save split" stays disabled until shares add up to exactly 100%.
